Alongside DITA, the Knowledge Base can also deliver video and audio content and lets users filter content by product, version, user type, and more. This makes your content much more accessible and valuable to your customers by increasing the usability of your content.
The Knowledge Base enables the agile, automated, responsive delivery of approved content directly from your source server to any device or platform in any language. It can be used to create customer self-service portals where users can search, browse, find, and share your approved knowledge assets faster and more efficiently in HTML, PDF, eBook, and other formats.
Because the content is coming directly from the XDocs CCMS, approved content can be immediately published online without risk of corruption, whilst increasing the speed of delivery. As with all Bluestream products, the Knowledge Base has been designed to require the minimum of support from Bluestream or our partners once deployed. It can be easily configured and customized by your own IT or web teams.
