XDocs CM Admin

Use the secure web-based Content Management System Administrator to initialize and amend your projects.

In CM Admin specify projects, set up workflow, set and manage access to files and folders for users and user groups, configure and manage publishing labels and MIME types—and perform other administrative tasks. Users then access these settings in XDocs Explorer and the settings carry system-wide.

XDocs Explorer

Use this powerful and robust local application to set up and organize project folders, view file content, DITAmaps, and file metadata. You can manage links, monitor workflow progress, run project reports, search content, manage translation, label and manage releases, publish content to multiple formats—and more!

XDocs CM Portal

This secure web-based application allows managers to view, browse, share, and search through content in a contextual way from any web browser. With CM Portal, you can publish (in PDF or HTML) DITA content stored on the XDocs server according to parameterized publish profiles. CM Portal can upload and download both XML and non-XML content.
