The Challenge
Jack Henry has approximately 60 products that they offer and customize (including custom documentation) for their multitude of end-users.
The Solution
Given the amount of content reuse and repurposing, DITA was an obvious choice and Jack Henry was one of the first organizations in the world to embrace the standard. Bluestream provided some minor configuration for this customer, mainly in the publishing domain; however, for the most part, approximately 50 authors and many more reviewers use the XDocs CCMS out-of-the-box.
